Return window

Please contact us within 14 days after delivery if you would like to request a return or report an issue with your item.
Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging when possible.
Before sending anything back, please email support@vorykio.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, or returned without approval may not qualify for a refund.
Personalized, custom-made, final sale, or promotional items may be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Shipping fees, customs charges, and third-party carrier fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging so we can review it quickly.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another fair solution depending on the situation.

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method.
After a refund is issued, your bank, card provider, or payment provider may need additional time to process it.
We will notify you by email once a refund has been approved or issued.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
We can only cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order is in shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a VORYKIO error, damaged item, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, because we cannot confirm a return until it is received and reviewed.
